This study examined the determinants influencing the adoption of Sustainable Construction Waste Management (SCWM) practices among construction professionals in the Municipality of Iba, Zambales. Specifically, the study investigated the influence of awareness and knowledge, perceived barriers, policy and regulatory support, community participation, and economic incentives and feasibility on SCWM adoption. A quantitative descriptivecorrelational research design was emplo yed involving 70 purposively selected construction professionals directly engaged in the planning, supervision, management, and implementation of ongoing construction projects. Data were gathered using a validated and reliable structured questionnaire and analyzed using frequency and percentage distributions, weighted mean, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple linear regression, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Findings revealed that respondents generally exhibited favorable perceptions toward the determinants of SCWM adoption, with awareness and knowledge obtaining the highest rating. Correlation analysis indicated that awareness and knowledge, policy and regulatory support, community participation, and economic incentives and feasibility were sign ificantly associated with SCWM adoption. Regression analysis further identified awareness and knowledge, policy and regulatory support, and economic incentives and feasibility as significant predictors of SCWM adoption. The study concludes that strengtheni ng environmental awareness, institutional support, and economic mechanisms can substantially enhance sustainable construction waste management practices. These findings served as the basis for developing a Sustainable Construction Waste Management Recommen datory Plan to support environmental sustainability within the local construction industry.
