Editors and reviewers play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of the peer review process, ensuring that manuscripts meet the highest standards of originality, rigor, and relevance. By serving as a community reviewer or associate editor, you will not only help shape the trajectory of contemporary research in education but also engage with a network of scholars committed to fostering innovation and excellence in pedagogy.

Joining the editorial team of Pedagogy Review is more than a professional role – it is a commitment to advancing interdisciplinary research and contributing to the collective effort of improving educational practice worldwide. Editors and reviewers serve as stewards of academic quality, ensuring that published work informs both theory and practice in meaningful ways.

Editorial and reviewer responsibilities

All members of the editorial community are expected to uphold ethical standards, including confidentiality, avoidance of conflicts of interest, and adherence to best practices in scholarly publishing.

  • Editor-in-Chief – They oversee manuscript evaluation, make final publication decisions, and uphold ethical standards such as authorship, plagiarism, and conflict of interest. Additionally, the Editor-in-Chief promotes the journal within academic communities and collaborates with the publisher to monitor performance metrics, thereby safeguarding quality and advancing the journal’s reputation.
  • Associate Editors/Reviewers – Provide constructive, timely, and impartial feedback on submitted manuscripts. Reviewers are expected to evaluate methodological soundness, theoretical contribution, and clarity of presentation, while offering recommendations for improvement.

Application process

We invite scholars with expertise in education and related disciplines to apply for editorial or reviewer positions with Pedagogy Review. Interested individuals should submit:

  • Cover Letter outlining specific areas of expertise, research interests, and motivation for joining the editorial team.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting academic qualifications, publication record, and relevant editorial or peer review experience.
